All warranties on such products are subject to the conditions of that distributor and the manufacturer and any other distributor or service agent in any other market. Please check with your local distributor or service center about local warranty on product purchased from Canada. Merkle Camera & Video does offer warranty service on any product that we sell.

Currencies
Merkle Camera & Video can process Visa and Mastercard payments in Canadian or U.S dollars. Paypal payments can be made in Canadian or U.S dollars, British Pounds, Euros or Yen. Pricing is stated in Canadian or U.S dollars, but international customers may request a quote in another currency before paying for a purchase.

International Shipping
International orders
International orders usually take at least one week by registered mail. Merkle Camera & Video will ship by UPS at the customer’s request only. International orders can be paid by Paypal, Bidpay/Western Union money order or bank transfer. Get a $5.00usd credit when you sign up for Paypal.
All video products sold by Merkle Camera & Video are designed for the NTSC television system unless otherwise stated.

Canada
Canadian orders usually take 1 to 2 days by mail. Orders over $1000.00 will be shipped by UPS. Canadian orders can be paid by Paypal, Bidpay/Western Union money order, bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard according to the regulations set out by the issuing bank. Credit card orders will be shipped to the credit card holders billing address only. Get a $5.00usd credit when you sign up for Paypal.
United States of America
U.S. orders are usually sent by 3 day Postal service. We use UPS for orders over $700.00usd. U.S orders can be paid by Paypal, Bidpay/Western Union money order, bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard according to the regulations set out by the issuing bank. Credit card orders will be shipped to the credit card holders billing address only. Merkle Camera & Video pays all duty, tax and brokerage on U.S orders over $700.00. Get a $5.00usd credit when you sign up for Paypal.
The rest of the world

Return Policy
Merkle Camera & Video offers a 14-day refund or exchange opportunity for most merchandise purchased. Returnable items can be brought in to our store or shipped back by mail.
All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials. After 14 days all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.
Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported within 10 days. The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for adjustment and warranty claims. All returns are subject to inspection and Merkle Camera & Video reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.
We do not accept for refund or exchange the following products:
*open software *film *bulbs *open books *non-stocked special order items. *Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable;
however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Merkle Camera & Video gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
This Return Policy does not apply to goods purchased via on-line auction.

Merkle Camera & Video will provide you with your choice of a Merkle Camera & Video Gift Card or Merkle Camera & Video will refund the value of the difference.
Simply present us with your original Merkle Camera & Video sales receipt along with proof that the product you purchased from us is being advertised at a lower price in the same market area. Merkle Camera & Video reserves the right to verify that the item is in stock and available at the advertised price prior to providing you a refund.
The advertised item must be the same brand and model as the purchased product, must be new and factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.
